•   All purchased items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable by default.  No returns, exchanges or credits are allowed for our products, however, To Your Head, LLC will investigate and review all complaints, to determine if the items in question were defective or damaged due to our negligence. Please send all complaints or concerns to  Support@to-your-head.com  within 48 hours of product delivery.  In case of damaged items, pictures of items and packaging material must be included in your email. 

In some cases, products in their original sealed packaging, unopened and unused will be considered for return, refund or exchange.  This does not include E-Liquid, Glassware, Pipes, Batteries, Clearomizers, Tanks or smoking/vaping devices of any kind, or any other product that is not in a sealed, unopened package from the manufacturer.

•   To Your Head, LLC will entertain all return or replacement concerns within 7 days after the item was received and reserves the right for not approving the return or replacement concern on any item.

•   E-Liquids are not able to be returned for credit or exchange. Taste is subjective and when liquids are returned they are not able to be sold again therefore we do not accept any sort of return. We cannot guarantee satisfaction with each liquid and recommend using customer reviews along with flavor descriptions to make purchase decisions.

•   Glassware and all Pipes and Smoking Devices, not sealed in Manufacturer Packaging, are also not able to be returned for credit or exchange.  We have no way to guarantee these items were not used, and they are not able to be sold again therefore we do not accept any sort of return. We cannot guarantee satisfaction with each item and recommend using customer reviews along with item details, images and descriptions to make purchase decisions.

•   Returns are subject to a 25% restock fee, on a case by case basis.  We will always pay the return shipping if the return is the result of a mistake on our part (ex. you received incorrect item, defective item etc). Please contact us immediately at  Support@to-your-head.com  to resolve any concerning issues.

•   Any missing products from an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to begin investigation.

•   Please Do Not ship any returns without first contacting us ( support@to-your-head.com ).  After contacting us, if we review your request, and deem it necessary for return of your product, we will provide the address for return.
